A Charter Seat License is a license that must be purchased for many of the best seating areas at Oracle Park in order to become a season ticket holder for the San Francisco Giants. A Charter Seat License owner has the right to purchase season tickets from the ticket office each year.

In order to purchase season tickets for the best seating areas you are required to purchase Charter Seat Licenses, but the ticket office is often sold out. You can purchase Charter Seat Licenses from a current season ticket holder and become the new season ticket holder for those exact seats.

Most Charter Seat License holders on the Field Club and Club Level are also enrolled in a Term Agreement, which is noted on each Club Listing. During the term length of an Agreement, you are obligated to purchase the season tickets each year OR you must sell or transfer your Charter Seat Licenses (in which case, the obligation is transferred to the new owner of the licenses). Term Agreements offer price protection, meaning that your season ticket price will not increase by more than a certain percentage each season. In most cases, the season ticket price for a location enrolled in a Term Agreement will be lower than the standard, non-term rate listed above.

Parking passes are transferable. The cost to purchase a 2019 season parking pass is $2,075.
